Join Wheel & Anchor for an Adriatic adventure, beginning with 4 nights at Lake Bled in Slovenia. From there we head overland via the Plitvice National Park to the ancient Croatian port city of Split, were we'll embark upon our yacht for a 7 night sail along the spectacular Adriatic Coast. We finish with 3 nights in Opatija, on the epicurean peninsula of Istria, before ending our journey in Ljubljana.

- Private transfers (based on min 2 members) from airport in Ljubljana to hotel in Lake Bled upon arrival
- All transportation as described in the itinerary
- 7 nights accommodation onboard the ship in the selected stateroom category
- 8 nights accommodation at 4-star hotels with daily breakfast
- Guided sightseeing in small groups with English speaking local guides
- 24 hour Dubrovnik Card on Day 9 allowing access to the city walls and numerous museums & galleries
