From there we head overland via the Plitvice National Park to the ancient Croatian port city of Split, were we'll embark upon our yacht for a 7 night sail along the spectacular Adriatic Coast. We finish with 3 nights in Opatija, on the epicurean peninsula of Istria, before ending our journey in Ljubljana.

- Private airport transfers between Ljubljana airport and the hotel in Lake Bled upon arrival. Group transfer from the hotel in Opatija to Ljubljana airport upon departure.
- 8 nights accommodation with daily breakfast
- 7 nights accommodation aboard the Ave Maria ship with daily breakfast in the chosen stateroom category.
- Guided sightseeing in small groups through cities mentioned with English-speaking local guides
- 24 hour Dubrovnik Card on Day 9 allowing access to the city walls and numerous museums & galleries
