I set out this year to create a trip that encompasses some of the best aspects of Southern Italy outside of Sicily. Our 6 days on the incredible Sorrentine coast enables us to visit all the highlights of the region without dwelling amongst hordes of tourists. The balance of our trip touches the best sites of Puglia with a prolonged stay at a masseria (sort of like an upscale farmstay) that’s been in the same family for 13 generations.
