African Rail Odyssey
Join Wheel & Anchor for a rail journey across Africa, beginning in Cape Town and climbing north through South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Tanzania before reaching the coast at Dar es Salaam. Along the way we'll visit the diamond diggings of Kimberley, go on safari in Madikwe Game Reserve, and stand before the falling waters of Victoria Falls. Aboard the restored 1920s carriages of Rovos Rail, days pass to the rhythm of the track and long, lamplit dinners. By the time the Indian Ocean appears, the whole continent seems to have rolled past your window.
