Deposit per person
- Private transfer between the Brussels Airport (BRU) and the trip's first hotel in Brussels upon arrival on October 20, 2026.
- Private transfer between the trip's last hotel in Ghent and the Brussels Airport (BRU) upon departure on October 30, 2026.
- All transportation as described in the itinerary
- 4 nights accommodation with daily breakfast
- 6 nights accommodation aboard a privately chartered barge with daily breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner and alcoholic beverages in the chosen cabin category. Beverages: water, coffee, tea, wine, beer, liquor, soda, juice except for drinks from the premium lists which include items like champagne and top-shelf liquor.
- Guided sightseeing through cities mentioned with English-speaking local guides
- Lunches or dinners as indicated in the itinerary (noting that the actual days where meals are included may be changed but the total number of included meals will not)
- All local taxes, porterage fees, service charges, port charges, and gratuities.
- Entrance fees as specifically indicated in the itinerary
- Services of a Wheel & Anchor host from arrival in Brussels until departure from Ghent
- International airfare and air taxes
- Arrival and/or departure transfers for members arriving or departing on dates different than the trip's start and end dates
- Trip cancellation and travel medical insurance which is highly recommended and may be quoted to you by our office depending on your province of residence
