- Private transfer between the Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) and the trip's first hotel in Tsinandali upon arrival on September 24, 2027.
- Private transfer between the trip's last hotel in Yerevan and the Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) airport upon departure on October 10, 2027
- All transportation as described in the itinerary
- 16 nights accommodation with daily breakfast
- Guided sightseeing through cities mentioned with English-speaking local guides
- Lunches or dinners as indicated in the itinerary (noting that the actual days where meals are included may be changed but the total number of included meals will not)
- All local taxes, porterage fees, service charges, and gratuities.
- Entrance fees as specifically indicated in the itinerary
- Services of a Wheel & Anchor host from arrival in Tsinandali until departure from Yerevan
- International airfare and air taxes
- Arrival and/or departure transfers for members arriving or departing on dates different than the trip's start and end dates
- Trip cancellation and travel medical insurance which is highly recommended and may be quoted to you by our office depending on your province of residence
