- Private transfer between the Cairo International Airport (CAI) and the trip's first hotel in Cairo upon arrival on March 8, 2028.
- Escorted walking transfer between the trip's last airport hotel in Cairo and the Cairo International Airport (CAI) upon departure on March 19, 2028
- All transportation as described in the itinerary
- Round-trip Economy class flight from Cairo to Luxor, including taxes
- 4 nights accommodation with daily breakfast
- 7 nights accommodation aboard a privately chartered dahabiya with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner in the chosen cabin category. Water, coffee, tea and snacks are available throughout
- Guided sightseeing through cities mentioned with an English-speaking local Egyptologist Guide
- Lunches or dinners as indicated in the itinerary (noting that the actual days where meals are included may be changed, but the total number of included meals will not)
- All local taxes, porterage fees, service charges, port charges, and gratuities.
- Entrance fees as specifically indicated in the itinerary
- Services of a Wheel & Anchor host from arrival in Cairo until departure from Cairo
- International airfare and air taxes
- Arrival and/or departure transfers for members arriving or departing on dates different than the trip's start and end dates
- Trip cancellation and travel medical insurance which is highly recommended and may be quoted to you by our office depending on your province of residence
- Additional shore excursions that may be offered onboard the dahabiya
