- Light Aircraft flight between the Maun International Airport (MUB) and the trip's first lodge in the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park upon arrival on November 20, 2027
- Light Aircraft flight between the trip's last lodge in the Chobe National Park and the Kasane International Airport (BBK) upon departure on November 28, 2027
- All transportation as described in the itinerary
- Charter flights as described in the itinerary
- 8 nights accommodation at Lodges in Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park on fully inclusive basis (all meals and local drinks)
- All regular safari game drives and riverboat excursions included in the itinerary
- Guided sightseeing through parks, cities and reserves mentioned with English-speaking local driver guides and 4x4 vehicles
- All local taxes, porterage fees, service charges, park fees, and gratuities.
- Entrance fees as specifically indicated in the itinerary
- Services of a Wheel & Anchor host from arrival in Maun until departure from Kasane
- International airfare and air taxes
- Arrival and/or departure transfers for members arriving or departing on dates different than the trip's start and end dates
- Trip cancellation and travel medical insurance which is highly recommended and may be quoted to you by our office depending on your province of residence
