The Experience

Join us for an afternoon that celebrates the spirit of exploration and the strength of our Canadian travel community. Perched atop the granite bluffs overlooking Lake Okanagan, Sparkling Hill Resort offers a luminous and serene sanctuary that beautifully echoes the sense of wonder and deep-rooted belonging we treasure in our travels.

This year, it isn't just a social mixer; it’s a chance to gather with like-minded travellers who share your curiosity for the world. Whether you are a long-time member or new to our community, we invite you to share stories of past journeys and spark inspiration for those yet to come.

Insight Session: Where Shall We Go Next?

This event features our new Insight Session. Founder Gordon Dreger will lead an informative look at our upcoming small-group trips, sharing what makes a Wheel & Anchor itinerary truly unique while showcasing specific trips from our LiveAways, Sojourns, Nauticals and Experiential collections.

Following the presentation, we will open the floor for a Q&A session. It’s a perfect opportunity to ask Gordon your travel questions. At least one other Wheel & Anchor team member will be on hand to consult with you about any specific inquiries you may have.

Food & Drink

During our Insight Session and Summer Social, we will enjoy a selection of regional wines paired with elegant nibbles, all while immersed in the resort’s breathtaking panoramic views and world-renowned architectural elegance, highlighted by millions of Swarovski crystals.

OPTIONAL AUSTRIAN DINNER

The experience will culminate with a sumptuous Austrian dinner with beverages in the spirit of Sparkling Hill’s founders. The evening celebrates the resort’s unique heritage, offering a sophisticated taste of European tradition amidst the natural beauty of the Okanagan Valley.
