I travelled through all the provinces in Austria, from Vienna in the east, ending the far west of the country, having been everywhere in between. I met not just traditional hospitality folks, but also regular people, where I learned about the nature of hospitality as a mindset, rather a just an industry, business approach, or profession. - Gordon
