Lochs & Castles of Scotland – September, 2028

September 14 to 28, 2028

Join Wheel & Anchor for fifteen days across Scotland, from Glasgow to Edinburgh by way of its west coast. We’ll start over Glen Coe to Skye, then board a small ship with just 18 staterooms and spend seven nights among the sea lochs and islands: Eilean Donan, Tobermory’s painted houses, Iona’s abbey. Turning inland up the Great Glen, we’ll climb Neptune’s Staircase and pass Loch Ness before the quiet weight of Culloden. It ends in Edinburgh, below a castle besieged 26 times. A whole country crossed slowly, by road and by water, with the windows open.
